Built by operators who knew the work before they built the software
VestaOS did not begin as a product theory. It grew out of real short-term rental operations where guest communication, pricing, turnovers, inspections, and settlement had to keep moving every day.
Why we built it
From operating pain to a system teams can actually run on
Cozystay began as an operator. We felt the late-night guest questions, the constant repricing, the cleaner follow-up, the approvals, and the owner reporting ourselves. VestaOS is the system we wanted when those workflows were still held together by manual follow-up.
