Do I need to replace my current PMS
No. Vesta OS can run alongside your current stack. Many teams start with guest comms and pricing first, then add operations once the workflow is ready.
How does the 5% pricing fee work
You pay 5% of the booking revenue only on reservations where AI set the rate. If AI priced a $200 booking, the fee is $10.
What counts as a dispatched job
Any task Cleanfy dispatches to a vendor, including cleaning, inspection, maintenance follow-up, or errand work. You only pay for completed jobs.
Can I use my own cleaners
Yes. Cleanfy works with your own cleaning teams, outside vendors, and local partner networks.
Is there a minimum number of listings
No. The same pricing structure works for solo hosts and larger portfolios.
What happens during the free trial
