Every Cleanfy job requires photos at room-by-room checkpoints, each with a specific SOP instruction. Vendors upload live photos from the app. The system tracks minimum required photos per room. Managers approve or flag each room individually.

Every Cleanfy job requires a damage inspection before the vendor can finish. The vendor must explicitly confirm the damage status โ€” no damage, or damage found and reported. This creates a permanent record that protects both operators and vendors.

Common questions

Does Cleanfy work with my existing cleaning team?
Yes. You can bring your own cleaners, use third-party vendors, or tap into the Cleanfy city partner network. You're not locked in to any vendor network.
What happens if a vendor declines a job?
Cleanfy automatically falls back to the next available vendor based on proximity, availability, and SLA history. You can also manually reassign from the app in seconds.
Can vendors use the app without a smartphone?
Vendors need a smartphone to use the Cleanfy app for geo-verification and photo uploads. Basic Android and iOS devices are supported.
How does geo-fencing work exactly?
When a vendor taps "Start Job", the app checks their GPS location against the property coordinates. If they're not within the required radius, the job cannot start. This applies to every task, every time.
What if a vendor uploads blurry or wrong photos?
Managers review all photos before approving. You can reject a room and require the vendor to resubmit. Settlement only releases after you confirm approval.
How is vendor payment calculated?
Each job has a set rate agreed with the vendor. After QA approval, the amount is added to the billing period invoice. Cleanfy generates the invoice automatically โ€” you just confirm and payout.
