What happens when VRM isn't sure how to reply?
Any message with negative sentiment, refund risk or compliance implications is auto-routed to your team's priority queue. You can also set "review every reply" mode while you're getting comfortable.
Can I bring my own vendors into Cleanfy?

How does the 5% revenue share on pricing work?
It's 5% of the net revenue from listings that use Autonomous Pricing, charged monthly. First month is free. You can set rate floors, ceilings, and minimum LOS rules; we optimize inside them.
Is there a minimum number of listings?
